Hips : For the first 28 months of your pup's life, we guarantee that your pup's hips will be certified by OFA. OFA will be the sole determiner. Dog must be x-rayed between 24 and 26 months by an approved veterinarian, and must not have been bred or injured or the guarantee is nullified. If dog is certified to be dysplastic, the owner must submit proof in writing from OFA, and from a veterinarian. Also they must submit proof that dog has been spayed or neutered. At four months of age the protein level of the food should be dropped to below 24%. After one year of age the protein level can be adjusted to the level of activity of the dog. Eyes: The dog must have its eyes examined by 1 year of age by a certified veterinary ophthalmologist. The ophthalmologist must state in writing that the defect is definitely of a hereditary nature and not caused by injury or illness. (Micro chip number must be printed on the piece of writing by the Opthalmologist. Other Genetic Disorders: For the first year of your puppy's life, we guarantee your pup to be free of any disease that is determined by agreement of your veterinarian (by examination) and ours (by description) to have a genetic cause. This includes only those disorders which threaten the health of the dog... This includes only those disorders which are 100% genetic... This includes only those disorders where environmental factors can be completely ruled-out. Owner's Choices: If a problem is covered by our guarantee: we Jim and Andrea Morgan will pay an amount up to the purchase price of the puppy to : A) Treat the condition...Payment will be for direct medical services, devices, medications, procedures only. Other associated expenses for diagnosis, travel, etc...are not covered. Travel costs or shipping to return the dog are not covered. OR B) In lieu of payment, we will replace the puppy with another pup from a similar breeding, when available. Travel costs or shipping to return the dog are not covered. Owners must choose ONE of the above options and exclude the other choice. Guarantee depends on positive Identification: The guarantees above depend on being able to positively identify the dog. The guarantees above are not in effect unless your dog is micro chipped and his//her information is on file with us. No dog will be guaranteed unless it carries the Morgan's PT or Morgan's Point prefix in it's AKC and/or UKC name and has not been transferred to a new owner.
