MPR's Captain Morgan is owned by both us and our brother, John Morgan, who Captain lives and hunts with and is trained by. Captain is able to play the game at any level with style and grace! At his one year birthday he accomplished his Started Hunter Retriever with HRC. Shortly after that he attained his Certified Hunter Pointer Retriever with APLA. Cappy is a super star in the field, water and at home! He has a beautiful point, is very receptive, easy to train, and loves to please. At night he gets to sleep at the foot of John's bed!
His genetic DNA health tests are perfect. PENN hip xrays show no osteoarthritis and a nice tight DI of 0.33. OFA elbow prelim's are negative for dysplasia. He weighs around 70 pounds and is well proportioned.
